Opt-Out Deadline

Objection Deadline

You must mail your objection to the Clerk of the Court, Class Counsel, Defendants' Counsel, and the Settlement Administrator postmarked by Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
Final Approval Hearing
Thursday, May 7, 2026
The Final Approval Hearing has been scheduled for Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Eastern Jackson County Courthouse, 308 W. Kansas Avenue, Independence, Missouri, 64050. Please check this Settlement Website for updates.
