- A Settlement has been reached with Southeast Series of Lockton Companies, LLC and Lockton Companies, LLC (“Defendants”) in a class action lawsuit concerning a cybersecurity incident that occurred on November 20, 2024 (“Data Incident”).
- You are included in this Settlement if you are a Settlement Class Member, which includes all persons residing in the United States who were notified of the Data Incident.

| OPT OUT OF THE SETTLEMENT | You can choose to opt out of the Settlement. This option allows you to sue, continue to sue, or be part of another lawsuit against the Defendants related to the legal claims resolved by this Settlement. You can elect to retain your own legal counsel at your own expense. If you opt out, you will not be able to receive any benefits and you will be bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. |
